Processes For Recruiting Drivers

Sourcing the candidate based on the demand from client .

Responsible for Hiring to Firing as per the performance.

Monitoring the on-boarded drivers everyday from log-in to log-out and reporting to Concern in case of any challenge in the daily operation.

Kit distribution for new drivers and retrieving the kit from the resigned drivers.

Supervisor will follow all the same process as per the recruitment / Sourcing / Training / On boarding document provided.
